* Please note the cost of all Delivery and Return postage is at your own expense.

* We do not ship to a PO BOX. If your delivery address contain PO BOX we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

We ship all Domestic and International Orders via Australia Express Post. 

Delivery can take up to 1-5 business days in major metro areas and capital cities and up to 10 Business days during Christmas and sale periods. 

Please allow 24hours for the warehouse to process your order if your order was placed on a Weekend/Public Holiday. 

Orders placed after noon AEST will require an additional 1 business day to be delivered. 

Once your order has reached the Australia Post Delivery Hub you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking link for you to follow your order. 

Orders will be delivered between 7am and 5pm and will require a signature on delivery. If you’re not present when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox with information on how to collect your parcel at your nearest Australia Post outlet.

All couriers must be booked before 12pm. If the parcel is eligible, you will be required to pay the difference in postage over the phone.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances the responsibility falls on you to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate what these charges will be, so we recommend you contact your local customs office to find out the exact deal. 

Cost of Delivery and return is under you own expenses.

Please note
  • The cost of the return postage is at your own expense.
  • Return only acceptable within 10 days from the day you receive the garments.
  • You can return item for exchange or credit note. Refund is acceptable if garment is already faulty prior to you receiving it.  
  • Bralettes and earrings (for health reason), accessories, discounted items are not eligible for return.

You can return any item purchased for a 

  • Credit note 
  • Exchange

of the purchased price (excluding delivery and return postage) original order provided it meets our Terms & Conditions for returns. 

Once you have received your RA# from our team, you must fill in your Return Slip (incl. in your original package) and post it back with your order. Form available for printing on our website. Return must be return 10 days starting from the day you receive your item.

If you are an International CHARLOTTE ROSE customer and wish to return your order please notify us immediately via email and we will assist you with your return. 

We understand your return may take longer than 14 Working Days to get back to us. Please allow 20 days for your return to be process, assess and refund to your account if proven successful.


RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS 

To be eligible to return and item and receive an online exchange, online credit for your returned item/s, they must be; 

  • BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN THE TIME FRAME SPECIFIED (10 DAYS FROM DAY YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM FOR DOMESTIC AND 20 DAYS IF YOU ARE FROM INTERNATIONAL.
  • BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • HAVE NO FAKE TAN, MAKE UP OR OTHER MARKS.
  • NOT SMELL OF COSMETICS, PERFUME, DEODORANT, WASHING POWDER OR OTHER PRODUCTS.
  • HAVE ALL ORIGINAL LABELS AND SWING TAGS ATTACHED. 
  • PRESENT PROVE OF PURCHASE VIA ONLINE.
  • ITEM IS FAULTY WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT (WE WILL PAY FOR THE DELIVERY AND RETURN IF ITEM IS FAULTY). RETURN ONLY ACCEPTABLE IF ITEM IS PROVEN FAULTY BEFORE ITEM IS RECEIVE BY YOU OTHERWISE ALL OTHER ITEM WILL ONLY RECEIVE CREDIT NOTE OR EXCHANGE FOR CHANGE OF MIND.
  • FOR ALL SWIMWEAR, CUSTOMERS MUST TRY ON ITEMS WEARING UNDERGARMENTS. IF RETURNED, THE HYGIENCE STRIP MUST REMAIN IN PLACE ANDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF REMOVED OR ALTERED, OR THE ITEM OTHERWISE SHOWS SIGN OF WEAR.

 

IMPORTANT

Return fail to comply with the above terms and conditions will be return back to you. Delivery once again will be under your own expense. 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so ensure it’s packed securely with tracking number or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. 

It can take up to 10 business days for your return to arrive to our office, undergo a quality check and have your return processed. Hence it is advisable that you return the item ASAP for change of mind to avoid delay later than 10 where we cannot accept exchange, credit note or refund after this point. 

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you under your own expenses. 

Once your item has been received we by us will email to notify you. Then another email to notify you once this have undergone quality check up and is approve or reject by our company for exchange, credit note or refund. This will take 2-4days.

It will take us 2-4 days to process this so please be patience to hear from us as sometime we can be quite busy.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

YOU MUST FILL AND COMPLETE THE RETURNS FORM BY PRINTING THE RETURN FORM AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE AND ENCLOSE IT WITH THE GOODS YOU ARE RETURNING WITH YOUR RA# NUMBER. 

RA# WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AFTER YOU HAVE EMAIL US TO REQUEST FOR IT.  


CREDIT NOTES

Please be advised Credit Notes are valid for 8 Weeks from the date given.

Credits can only be used on our Online Store: www.charlotterosetrend.com

There are strictly no extensions on all Credits.

Credits are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers/ promotions.

Please allow 2-4 days before we can process your credit note.


DISCOUNT CODES: 

Please note discount codes can only be redeemed on full price items.

They cannot be used in conjunction with sale products.


EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange, please notify us via email with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible, so you don’t miss out.

We only allow Exchanges or Credit notes on Sale Items, not Refunds within 10 days time frame.

Items can exchange for same style, for a different colour or size. Items cannot be exchanged for other products.

If the items you are after has been sold out, we will refund you the cost of the product exclude pre and post delivery cost.

Regrettably we cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned.


REFUNDS   

We unfortunately cannot process refund for missing items or faulty stain/tear cause by you.

Refund only acceptable if proven item is already faulty before you received it. Otherwise credit note or exchange only if item is not faulty.

All orders are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition.

In the unlikely event that the garment is deemed faulty, please contact us so we can resolve this issue for you.

Please allow 1-6 days to allow your refund to appear on your account.


CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Address Confirmation is given on the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact us immediately.
