Delivery Times And Postage Cost

We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however please allow 1-5 Business days to receive your parcel during non-promotional periods if you are within the Australia Post Network.

Please note:

Delivery times may vary due to the Australia Post Delivery Network Please allow 24hours for the warehouse to process your order if your order was placed on a Weekend/Public Holiday. During peak seasons, orders may take up to 10 Business days to be delivered. Orders placed after noon AEST will require an additional 1 business day to be delivered. Postage is a Flat Rate of $10 per order.

Changing Or Cancelling Orders

Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please call us immediately on +61 402 644 954 and we will try our best to accommodate your request. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order.

We are unable to cancel orders after items have been shipped.

International Orders

Unfortunately, CHARLOTTE ROSE only ships to Australia (online orders) and New Zealand (online orders) at this point in time.

Payment

All payments for items purchased through the CHARLOTTE ROSE online will be made through a secure payment gateway. A proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be sent to you along with your purchase.

Faulty Garments

If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact the concierge at info@charlotterosetrend.com or contact +61 402 644 954 and they will endeavour to either find a replacement or issue a refund, subject to the conditions of our Refunds & Exchanges policy.
